National Board Elects Officers for 2023-24

Last week, the FCPO-USA National Board of Directors elected its officers for the 2023-24 fiscal year. The officers are elected by a majority vote of the National Board at the beginning of the organization’s fiscal year and serve for a period of twelve months.

  • Michael (Mike) Mealer was elected to another term as National President.
  • Rob Hinson was elected Vice President.
  • Charles (Chuck) Gilliland was elected Secretary.
  • Michael (Mike) Swihart was elected to another term as Treasurer.

Both former Vice President Scott Kostohryz and former Secretary Robbin Wilkins asked not to be considered for re-election due to other commitments. Both, however, remain as active members of the National Board.


The direction of the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers-USA is in good hands with the 2023-24 Board of Directors, and we look forward to a year of growth and expansion of the ministry of FCPO as we continue reaching the law enforcement community in the USA for Christ.
