New Recommended Reading

We are excited to announce two new resource additions to our Recommended Reading page on the FCPO-USA website.



Written by Adam Davis, a former police officer, Behind the Badge: 365 Daily Devotions for Law Enforcement is filled with short devotions focusing on themes such as peace, integrity, strength, family, protection, divine direction, preparedness, service, and more. Behind the Badge will help equip your steps and be a constant reminder of the permanent backup you have in God as you uphold the law.

Bulletproof Marriage, co-authored with Lt. Col. Dave Grossman, is a 90-day devotional that applies biblical principles to support and strengthen the marriages of military members, law enforcement officers, and first responders. Each day includes a Bible verse, an inspirational reading, quick tips, action steps for both husband and wife, and a prayer.

As a former officer himself, Adam knows the stress and pressures of law enforcement. In his writing, Adam provides spiritual nourishment and encouragement for officers through personal stories, scripture and prayers.

Over the past several years, Adam has presented for numerous churches and universities and has appeared on The 700 Club.
