FELLOWSHIP
Coming together to encourage and support each other

Fellowship is an important aspect of FCPO membership. Whether a luncheon with a guest speaker, a family picnic, or a sporting event, local chapter members coming together is an experience that allows us to learn from, encourage, and support each other in our Christian walk.
There is a strong common bond shared by those in law enforcement, especially those who are believers. We enjoy a camaraderie that cannot be imitated by anyone outside our profession. Through FCPO, we are further banded together with other Christians who understand the unique challenges officers and their families face.
Chapter members meet regularly to pray for one another and the lost around them, as well as encouraging each other in sharing the gospel and discipling others. An FCPO chapter meeting also offers a relaxed, non-threatening, friendly environment where members can introduce their fellow officers to Christ. We encourage chapters to be intentional about inviting and involving spouses and children as well. Though specific activities will vary, we want chapter gatherings to be a time of positive Christian fellowship that enriches marriages and families.
Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing."
1 Thessalonians 5:11 ESVThrough local chapters and individually, FCPO members are uniquely positioned to significantly influence the law enforcement community for Christ, while developing strong ties with fellow Christians in law enforcement.
Working and praying together, our own spiritual growth is enhanced as we encourage each other, support each other, and are accountable to one another.
