On December 7th, FCPO Chapter 75 hosted its 14th Annual Law Enforcement Officers Prayer Breakfast in Elgin, IL. Featured speaker for the event was Kane County, IL Coroner Rob Russell. He "shared a moving testimony and called on the group to reach out to fellow officers with the love and compassion of Christ" said National Vice-President Charles "Chuck" Urgo, who was in attendance at the event.
This annual gathering gives officers and their families from around the Chicago area the opportunity to enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, come see old friends, enjoy music, and hear a moving Christian message.
Chapter 75's Annual Prayer Breakfast is another example of an FCPO chapter reaching out with the love of Christ to their local law enforcement community. What might you and/or your chapter do in your community to share Jesus with your fellow officers?
